It's funny, I'm always so inspired after speech tournaments to get busy with good important things! And u might be thinking "Like bloger!" But... "No!" I'm talking about life in general! I guess u could say, spending 5 days with good old young Christian people... is convicting and inspiring! I thank God for allowing me to be apart of NCFCA! To God be all the glory! :-)

btw my sister Emma got 1st in D.I at regionals! And we took 5th in our duo! Destiny took in amazing 3rd place in D.I!

And David took 3rd in H.I and 2nd in duo with Destiny! And I took 4th in H.I! :-) So... we all made it to nationals!!!!! :-)

My Mom

God has such a special plan in everyone’s life that our own human minds can’t even began to comprehend his awesomeness.

One of the amazing things God has allowed me to have in my life is my dear sweet and almost perfect mother. There isn’t even nearly enough time in the day to list some of the first rate things she has done.

Although as far as some of the most first rate things she has done… well... my mother has always disciplined me, always has home schooled me, and most importantly, God has allowed her to teach me about the great love and mercy of what his own son Jesus Christ accomplished for everyone.

One of the reasons she is so amazing is her choice to discipline me. Now you might be thinking: “how can Devin be happy that his mother disciplines him.” Now I’m not normally happy during a discipline. But afterwards I see that I was wrong and needed the punishment.

Another reason I love my mom is her choice to home school me. My mom is absolutely super in this subject. There are so many moms out there that simply send their kids to a public school where... well... teachers teach things according to their right of conscience, (And parents might strongly disagree, but are never notified by teacher or their kids of what was taught.) And awful things have happened to kids in spite of pressure from peers. So I thank her for teaching me, and taking her responsibility as a mom.

I also have a great pride in my mom for teaching me what Jesus Christ did on the cross. Mom has always taught my siblings and I growing up to obey and enjoy God forever, not just any God but the one true and living God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all in one. She has taught me, the only way we can have everlasting life, is by faith in our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, the redeemer of mankind.

There are so many other people I admire, and would love to share about, but right now I’m glad to have spend my time sharing some of the amazing things my mother has educated me in.

Well... a speech tournament is coming up very fast, speech is one of the things I have been working on most. Some of the other things I have been doing, are, chess, art, juggling, school, and singing. This is what I have been doing these past months. (Just in case you were wondering.) Hey everyone! My sister Destiny just got back from Nationals so, speech is over for sure for 'this year'. I'm looking forward to next year though.

Regionals was really fun! Destiny and I made it to semi finals in our duo. I was so happy.

Hey! Sorry I haven't posted for awhile, again!

I just got back from speech. Destiny and I did our Duo and then I timed a Debate (Aaron Sleadd, Dylan Holst).

The Chess tournament went good. I didn't place but it was still fun going.

I can't believe that Regional's is in 2 weeks! I really need to start working on my duo. It will be fun at Regional's, I can see all my friends again!

We went to a rock museum today. I learned a lot and even got to buy some rocks. The pictures on here are the ones I bought.

I went to a chess tournament and didn't get the chance to post any pictures of it. But David (my brother) posted some on his blog and you can go check them out.

I'm actually going to a speech tournament in Portland in 5 days with David, Destiny, my Mom, cousins, Grandma and Aunt Tami and Aunt Liissa... so, that is going to be a blast. I will get to see some friends that I met that the last tourney there and get to meet new ones!

Then a week after the speech tourney I will be going back to Portland for the Sate chess tournament I qualified for. I will be going with David, Emma, and Jared and some of my cousins.

Anyway, that pretty much up to date on everything that's happening in my life. Hope to see y'all soon!

This video took about an hour, and you can watch it, in 01:05. Here is why it took in hour, every time I took a pic I had to get up from where I was sitting zoomed in on this Little art man and moved him a little bit, soon I had allot of pics, 82 pics too be exact. My back hurt from bending 82 times. Then I brought my camera to the computer and downloaded all the pics, once on the computer I downloaded the pics to windows movie maker and made it so it would fly throw the pics, making it look like its alive. And then I added muse to the video, then downloaded it to the blog. And... that’s about it . You’re most likely thinking... Well, that wasn't so hard, And it wasn't, it was just a fun little project. Well, got to go. And I think where going to speech club an 2 hours. So see ya later, and God bless.

Hey, how is it going? I am going to say how much fun I had yesterday. We played tennis and we had a picnic and for breakfast we went to Hometown Buffet. We went to the book store and read all kinds of books. So as you can see, it was a lot of fun. I forgot to say we played tennis for four and a half hours straight. Ok, sorry for not posting an a while it's just that I've been so busy. But I had the best fourth of July ever. Our cousins came down from Washington and our 2nd cousins came up from Arizona. Everyone had a blast. The top picture is all the kid's that were here. I had a lot of fun watching the fireworks. There were a ton although I only put a few pics on of the fireworks. Then we ate a good forth of July cake. And we had a talent show and that was a lot of fun. Well it is really late and I have been working with my dad all day and it was so hot today and I woke up

Here is some funny pics of Abigail and Jonathan. Abigail got into Destiny's lip gloss. (this was 2 years ago). When we found her there was an empty bottle of lip gloss, and her hair was bright pink:) Of course when we washed it, it came right out. As for Jonathan, he is like most little boys. Here is some pictures of when we went to Florida last year. All of my dad's family lives down there on the same property and have a huge lake in the middle. We got to fish when ever we wanted and I got the biggest fish that I had ever caught. It was called a peacock bass. We had a lot of fun down there and got to go to an amusement park called Bush Gardens. We got a membership with it and almost got to go every day. Even if Florida is very hot it still is very beautiful.God bless.

Hi. today I woke up at 8:30. Last night was a blast. We went to speech class but it's to bad because
that was the last class so I can't wait until it starts up again. I met so many people through speech class. Well, back to today, after I woke up, I ate, my family and I did worship for half an hour then my grandma bought a roast. It was delicious. Then from 1:00 to 2:00 we read the Bible, Then I did some school until 4:00. Since then I have been working on my blog. I can't wait until tonight because it 's Levi's birthday!!! Hi, today I worked in the garden for 2 hours then I ate and me and my famly went to crown covenant which is a biblical worldview class that we do every week. Then we came home and ate and watched the movie, "Skylark" which is the sequal to "Sarah Plain and Tall". That was really neat. Now maybe I should tell you a little bit about me and what I like to do. I am from an excellent and amazing famly of 10 which includes me and
my mom and dad. I also enjoy wood working, swimming, roller skating, ice skating, all kind of sports and much, much, more. God has blessed me so much and I am so glad that I finally got a blog so I can tell about my day and post thing's.
